Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to Hamilton and surrounding area. Local delivery is charged at a rate of $60 flat, plus $2 per box of material. If you would like your material delivered, please contact the store directly after placing your order. Please note, this is calculated and charged separately from the price of materials.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days for in-stock vinyl flooring only. We will accept unopened, full boxes of flooring.

Products that are ordered in (such as vinyl, tile, hardwood, etc.) or that are cut to measure (carpet) are non refundable. If there is an issue with your order or product, please contact us and we will be happy to rectify.

All product noted as "cash and carry" are final sale, no exceptions.
